Innovative solutions for the canning industry
Metalpren is a Peruvian company that manufactures diverse kinds of containers, metal lids and caps. Furthermore, we offer other services such as cutting, varnishing and metal plate lithography.
Our main clients are from these industries: fishing, agriculture, automotive, veterinary, drinks and beverages, and home care. They are local, regional and international companies. We supply containers as well as traditional lids, easy-opening and twist off caps.

Centralized operations
We have a 32.000 m2 plant, strategically located near the port Callao, where we have centralized all operations: caps and containers manufacturing, other supplementary services, administrative offices and temporary storage for finished products.
We also have distribution centers located in strategic areas of Peru, as well as our own commercial network that allows us to offer a comprehensive and suitable service that guarantees excellent and continuous operations.
In 1985, we took the first step to purchase the first Swiss electric welding line
All our production line, including 2 or 3-piece containers, twist off caps, easy opening and traditional caps have automated inspection systems,: optical, laser, pressure or vacuum systems, which detect and automatically eliminate any container or cap outside the guidelines.
In addition, all our 3-piece lines have high-tech automatic welding control systems. Our production slogan is "fast but thorough safety check"
In lithography, ink and varnish automatic controls, as well as Anilox systems make sure the varnish and/or ink are properly measured.
